Dana Lanzillo | Partner
Dana Lanzillo advises clients on a wide range of business issues involving general corporate matters, joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, and real estate acquisition, development, construction, financing and leasing. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lanzillo was a principal of a regional construction management firm where he provided his clients with innovative solutions to complicated design, construction and permitting issues.
Dana brought his considerable business experience to Dionne & Gass LLP after attending law school and practicing at a major Boston law firm. His practical and personal approach to analyzing and structuring complex deals makes him an effective advocate for his clients and a collaborative partner in their business. Mr. Lanzillo also speaks fluent Italian, which he practiced while living in Florence.
