Gabriel Safar | Associate
Gabriel represents clients’ on a broad range of real estate matters including retail and office leasing, commercial lending, loan modifications, condominium formation and acquisitions and sales. Gabriel also has experience working with state agencies and private developers on complex transit related development projects. Sample matters include:
- Pre-construction retail and restaurant leasing at mixed-use developments in Massachusetts and Maryland
- Representation of national REIT in the leasing of 400,000+ square feet of office space in a prominent office tower in Boston’s Back Bay
- Restructuring a $50,000,000 construction loan for a phased residential condominium project
- Acquisition of a 500,000 square foot medical research facility in Boston
