Kevin Brennan | Paralegal
Kevin Brennan says his background in corporate law prepared him to be a great addition to Dionne & Gass LLP, where almost every deal has major corporate aspects, including the creation and maintenance of numerous business entities with complex corporate structures. His experience at large law firms and inside a Fortune 500 company gave him vast exposure to all aspects of corporate law with a focus on transactional work — but not quite enough exposure to clients for his taste. At Dionne & Gass LLP, Kevin found a far more open and direct approach to meeting clients’ needs. Here, he works as part of a tight, cohesive team with attorneys and paralegals who pay close, personal attention to their clients. Kevin’s clients can call him directly when they need fast answers, without having to navigate the bureaucratic layers that characterize larger firms. He finds that it’s easier to go the extra mile for people who know and trust him. And speaking of extra miles: Kevin once ran 75 road races in one year, and finished the Boston Marathon four times — though, he laughs, “You wouldn’t know it to look at me now!”
