Nicole Kadomiya | Associate
When Nikki Kadomiya first heard about Dionne & Gass LLP, she thought it sounded too good to be true: a medium-sized firm of attorneys with big-firm experience, each with the right personal chemistry to work as a tight team. Ms. Kadomiya represents clients on a wide variety of transactions, including the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, residential and commercial condominiums, and mixed-use developments. Nikki also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with commercial loan transactions. In her practice, she drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases and condominium documents. Nikki also advises clients in connection with title and survey matters, and has experience with complex financial transactions, including the defeasance of commercial mortgage loans.
With the team environment fostered at Dionne & Gass LLP, Ms. Kadomiya has found she can leverage the considerable expertise of her peers at any time and can call on other attorneys to brainstorm ideas for tackling complex issues. That collaboration is central to devising the kinds of inventive strategies that are the hallmark of Dionne & Gass LLP.
“Everyone here works together to achieve the client’s goals.”
