As a founding member of Dionne & Gass LLP, Richard Gass' vision was to create and sustain a unique environment in which talented lawyers could support one another and the firm’s clients, helping them devise and implement solutions to achieve their objectives. In Mr. Gass' work guiding both the firm’s operation and his clients’ strategic decisions, Richard offers a creative approach to business and the law developed through years of experience as a leader in a major Boston law firm and a private real estate development company.
