Sally E. Michael | Partner
Before coming to Dionne & Gass LLP, Sally Michael focused on complex portfolio transactions and joint venture deals with sophisticated tax aspects. After her move, Ms. Michael found the work similar, but the difference in environments astonishing. “In depth of practice, levels of experience, training and resources, every single person here has exceeded my expectation; they are simply of a higher caliber.” The firm’s collaborative approach helped Sally develop and grow her practice, much to her clients’ benefit. Here, Ms. Michael is able to tap into the experience and expertise of colleagues with more mature practices, enabling her to confidently guide her own clients through transitions that other firm clients have already made.
Ms. Michael has an extensive real estate and corporate background. She has worked for banks as well as borrowers, enabling her to navigate lender requirements and pinpoint terms that lenders may be willing to negotiate. She says her clients have trained her to keep her eye on the big picture, and take a creative but pragmatic approach to solving problems.
“Once you establish a trusting relationship, clients will tell you what is really going on, not just what they think you need to hear.”
