Tim Pecci has a great depth of experience representing institutional lenders and investors in a wide variety of real estate and structured finance transactions on a nationwide basis. Tim’s areas of expertise include private placements, public offerings of debt, bank loans, capital markets loan origination and mezzanine loans. Tim is particularly adept at representing lenders in large multi-state, multi-property financing transactions. Tim is also an expert in credit tenant lease financing, and has structured, documented and closed several billion dollars of CTL transactions during his career.
Tim routinely represents lenders and loan servicers in post-closing modifications, workouts and foreclosures. He also represents purchasers and sellers of debt in loan sale, syndication and participation transactions. Tim has represented issuers and collateral managers in commercial real estate CDO transactions, lenders in synthetic lease transactions and various parties in equipment finance transactions, including with respect to aircraft, commercial watercraft and office furniture.
On the property owners’ side of the table, Tim represents property owners and purchasers in real estate sales, acquisitions and financings. His breadth of experience representing lenders adds value for his borrower clients in financing transactions. Tim is also proficient in leasing matters, representing lessors and lessees in the negotiation of commercial space leases and ground leases.
