Condominiums, co-op and mixed use

Our work has included the creation of one-, two- and three-tiered condominium structures, and has ranged from simple residential projects to multi-phased condominium, cooperative and other mixed-use developments.

- Represented state authority in connection with a mixed-use project, including the ground leasing, permitting and development of a mixed hotel and condominium project. In addition to negotiating multiple development agreements and ground leases, the project involved a reciprocal easement agreement for the shared use of a parking garage by the hotel and the residences. It also involved complex Chapter 91 regulatory issues, and the conversion of the apartments/garage portion of the project to a leasehold condominium with a garage unit, a unit containing all of the apartments and first floor retail space, and 112 residential units for sale
- Represented developers of residential properties in connection with single-family home and condominium developments, including planning, permitting, construction, marketing and management
